That was a deliberate decision. Everett is not a place you can serve well from thirty miles away. My whole yard is about the size of a parking space. Will you even quote it?
Yes. Most of Everett is that size, and it is a large part of why we keep a yard in the city at all — the drive is what makes small jobs uneconomical, so we removed the drive. A postage-stamp lot with a strip out front is a normal job here, not one we price high enough to avoid.
